My graphics will not be found in any collection. All graphics are created by Eolian Web Design. All items on this site are copyright to Eolian Web Design. Many of the images are derived from photographs that are also copyright Eolian Web Design.

Backgrounds are my creations, they are FREE to private individuals, and must display a linkware graphic, or text link, on every page using my graphics or template. You are welcome to use them on your "Personal Websites". Download linkware graphics to your hard disk, then upload them to your web host.

Graphics and backgrounds may NOT be altered or modified in any way. If a set includes grachics buttons then text may be added to those blank buttons.

You may NOT charge anyone else for them. You may NOT include them in any collection. You may NOT use them on pornographic sites.

A link to Eolian Web Design will be placed on every web page where an image, downloaded from Eolian Web Design, is displayed. When appropriate a matching graphic will be provided or you can use the graphic below. If you don't like graphical links, *live* text links are also acceptable.

Promoting your business? Selling merchandise? Creating a web presense for someone else? Purchase of a Shareware license is required. Shareware requires payment of the license fee AND a link back to my websites. You won't find all the pages weighed down with PayPal links for every single graphic instead contact me, NO Free Email Addresses accepted, and once I receive your request I will email you the link to my PayPal account. When PayPal notifies me that payment has been received I will send you the download link for a zip file, via email. The image(s) or; in the case of templates, the image(s), html, and css pages, you purchased will be in the downloaded zip file.

Checks or Money Orders are acceptable, but MUST be in U.S. Dollars, and will incur a substantial delay. Links to graphics will not be sent until my bank physically receives payment for the item I deposit. Actual payment for a deposited item can take up to 3 weeks, for U.S. banks and longer for foreign banks.

All commercial web sites must pay the commercial licensing fee for use of my graphics, even if the graphics are offered as linkware, shareware for personal websites.

For exclusive use of a graphic or set, from the point of purchase forward, contact me for a quote. I will not pull a Shareware license nor quarantee that no one has downloaded it for personal use prior to your purchase of an exclusive license. I will pull the graphic to prevent future downloads.
