Level 1 Template/Graphic, Linkware

This level will require a link back to Eolian Web Design. Each set will include graphics for the background, top header graphic, buttons, bars, and linkware logo seen when viewed on my web site. Copyright will remain the property of Eolian Web Design.

It will be your responsibiliy to download linkware, to your computer, upload and implement the graphics where your website is hosted.

Level 2 Template/Graphic, Shareware

Level 2 is the purchase of a specifically colored set at modest expense, for your personal use, through PayPal. Sets will include graphics depending on the particular design of each set. Copyright ownership will remain with Eolian Web Design and additional colors will be developed and offered through our web site.

You will be provided with the location of a zipped file of the graphics to download after your purchase. It will be your responsibiliy to unzip the graphics on your computer, upload and implement them where your website is hosted.

Level 3 Template/Graphic, Exclusive Use Purchase

For exclusive use of a graphic or specifically colored set without a Linkware or Shareware link, from the point of purchase forward, contact me for a quote. I will not pull a Shareware license nor quarantee that no one has downloaded it for personal use prior to your purchase of an exclusive license. I will pull the specific graphic you purchase to prevent future downloads. Copyright ownership will remain with Eolian Web Design and additional colors may be developed and offered through our web site.

Level 4 Template/Graphic, Commercial Use

All commercial web sites; Promoting a business, Selling merchandise, Creating web sites for others; must pay the commercial licensing fee for use of my graphics, even if the graphics are offered as shareware for personal websites.
